  • Items that are not in their original packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Any software, weather it's by itself or in combination with another item/package

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 30 business days.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please let us know in your return request. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item in the event of an exchange.
